Exhibitor Information

After nearly 20 years we are returning to the Hampton Court Estate. The Fair will be held in the parkland immediately below the impressive house and space is at a premium.
The Whitfield ring, in particular is restricted, The committee will require a certain mix of trade stands in this area and after that it will be on a first come first served basis.
The Aramstone ring will be available as usual and this year we will have a new area, Caradoc Walk. This will be an area situated centrally on the site. Tariffs for these areas are on the application forms. To assist in deciding which area you wish trade in please refer to the Site plan which shows the approx position of all exhibitors areas.
