

The doors open early on what promises to be a great day of country sport and fun for all the family. There will be plenty of opportunities to have a go. Bring your dog and enter the "Heineken Cup" terrier racing or the retrieving competition in the gundog scurries. For the sharp eyed there is Clay shooting and Archery and for the really brave or foolhardy there is abseiling down an ancient oak.
The day begins with Hunter class show jumping. The South Herefordshire Foxhounds make their entrance at about 10.30. The day begins to really hot up with the Inter Hunt Relay with 12 local Hunts racing for the Cup.
The dogs have their moment in the ring too with the Gun Dog Display, the not to be missed Terrier Racing and the final Parade of Hounds with the Ross Harriers.
Spectacular entertainment in the main ring includes Flyin Ryan and his amazing motorcycle stunt team, the Devil's Horsemen ride into town with a Wild West Show and Roger James and his team of raptors from the Black Mountain Falconry will conclude the fun.

Dogs on leads are welcome.

The Fair is famous for its range of local food and drink suppliers with Herefordshire Cider and Perry on tap. This year we have no less than 4 farm- house Ice Cream makers to tempt you and lots of other delicious things to eat too.
The Fair offers great shopping from tweed coats to garden plants, oak furniture and fortune telling.
This year's fishing village includes demonstrations by Mark Roberts, one of the country's leading fly fishing instructors. Stands will be displaying and selling traditional rods, classic books and antique fishing tackle.
