Josh is well known from his appearance on MasterChef Professionals in 2015 and heads up a team of 4 Chefs at Hereford’s newest restaurant, Cellar Door, on Widemarsh Street.

Josh comes from a 3 AA Rosette background and has himself held 2 rosettes. Josh adopts a modern British style of cooking and prides himself on his use of clean flavours made from good quality ingredients.
