Cookery Demonstration with Isabel Partridge

Isabel’s passion for baking was instilled at a very young age by her grandmother and mother who both trained as cookery teachers. Her upbringing on a Herefordshire dairy farm has given her a huge appreciation for creating recipes using local produce and for the comfort of eating good quality home baked food for lots of family occasions.

Trained as a pastry chef in Ireland, Isabel also has a 1st Class degree in Culinary Arts Management from University College Birmingham.

To further develop her practical skills she completed NVQ2 in Bakery & Confectionary which led into the new product development Industry, spending 4 years developing cakes for M+S & Starbucks with ‘Kate’s Cakes’ – a fantastic insight into the commercial sweet bakery market.

As a current Food & Nutrition teacher in Bristol, Isabel is excited to share her specialist skills and knowledge by hosting bespoke cookery courses and demonstrations.

She has also created a range of her own special recipes for Isabel’s Bakehouse.
