The Country Fair returned to its spiritual home at the Whitfield Estate in 2011.
Perfect weather and the wonderful setting of Whitfield plus a tremendous turnout ensured that 2011 was one the best Country Fairs ever.
Country Sports, from fly fishing to clay shooting competitions, gun dog trials, agility tests, terrier racing, show jumping and the inter hunt relay provided the traditional themes of the Fair. The Ross Harriers paraded in the ring and Richard Hammond, our President, presented prizes.
Results of the many competitions are (and will be) published here. To date we have the Show Jumping results and pictures.
The main ring welcomed The Flyin Ryan Motorcycle Stunt Show performed huge jumps and The Devil's Horsemen with their Wild West Show and the Black Mountain Falconry thrilled the crowds with their displays.
As always at the Herefordshire Country Fair there was great shopping too with stalls selling everything for country living and plenty of delicious things to eat and drink.

Mr & Mrs Edward Clive with Patrick Darling Site Director
We are grateful to Mr & Mrs Edward Clive for their permission to hold the event here again and given with the same enthusiasm as the late George Clive who originally hosted the fair in the early 1980's. Whitfield is a wonderful part of Herefordshire and the perfect setting for the Country Fair.
We would be very grateful to have more pictures of this year's Fair and any results from competitions. Please send an email with details to James Weymouth.
