8.30am – 6pm, last entry is at 3:30pm

We offer a dedicated car park for disabled visitors.  This car park will be allocated on a first come, first served basis.

The Herefordshire Country Fair is an outdoor event, held on farmland and the terrain is uneven. Please take appropriate precautions if you have difficulty in getting around. We also offer disabled toilet facilities.

If you have particular needs and would like to discuss how we can help, please contact our office.

Dogs are more than welcome at the Fair, but we ask that owners keep their dogs on leads and be courteous to other visitors and clean up any mess they may leave behind. Please place dog bags in the bins provided, if you should run out of bags please visit the show office for assistance. Water bowls will be situated around the Event.

Unfortunately not, we can only accept cash payments on the gate although tickets will continue be available to buy from our online store. Please also remember to bring cash as we cannot guarantee that all of the exhibitors at the show will have card payment facilities.

There is no on-site cash point however there is a Superstore with free machines situated a short walk from the venue.

If you’d like to show your support why not become a Friend of The Fair?

Along with a badge and entry to the fair this package also gives you priority parking and access to the President’s Tent with complimentary food and drink throughout the day.

The cost of becoming a Friend of The Fair is £35 for an adult and £25 for a child.

Please note the final date for accepting Trade Stand Applications that will require electricity is the 16th of July and for Trade Stand Applications NOT requiring electricity is the 23th of July.
