Isabel’s passion for baking was instilled at a very young age by her grandmother and mother who both trained as cookery teachers. Her upbringing on a Herefordshire dairy farm has given her a huge appreciation for creating recipes using local produce and for the comfort of eating good quality home baked food for lots of family occasions.
Cindy qualified as a chef at the prestigious Leith’s of London and gained several years of experience as a chef, prior to opening a cafe in Ledbury. Following the successes of Caffe No.21, Cindy went on to open The Little Bridge – Kitchen and Bar, both of which specialise in offering a range of foods which include Mediterranean, Tapas and British dishes, accompanied by selected wines and friendly service.
